Privacy notice
How the enquiry form uses personal information. This notice describes the website, not a client file.
What we collect
The consultation form records name, email, phone, optional company name, a service category and your message, together with the submitting IP address, so the practice can respond on working days after a conflict check.
How it is used
Enquiry data is used only to acknowledge and scope a possible professional engagement. It is not sold, not used for unsolicited marketing lists, and not treated as a client file until a signed engagement letter is in place.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are retained only as long as needed to complete the conversation and any conflict check, then archived or deleted in the ordinary course of practice administration. Engaged-client files follow the firm’s working-paper retention, not this website notice.
Your requests
To correct or withdraw an enquiry, write to the published email on the Contact page. Do not send books, passwords or Aadhaar copies through the public form.
Cookies
A first-party session cookie is required so the enquiry form, language choice and security checks work. That cookie is not sold. Optional analytics or advertising tags (for example Google Tag Manager) load only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. Essential-only leaves those tags off. You can write to the published email if you want the stored consent choice cleared from this browser.
This page is reviewed when the website is updated. It is not a signed engagement.
Next step
Need a diagnostic review before the next due date?
Share the mandate, period and any open notices. We respond on working days after a conflict check — this is not an engagement until a letter is signed.
