    SHEO KANT & ASSOCIATES was formed to provide ICAI-aligned professional services to North Indian enterprise — audit, tax and advisory work accepted only after a conflict check and a signed engagement letter.

    Dual-office footprint

    The practice maintains offices in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (NCR) and Chhapra, Bihar, so statutory calendars, books and hearings can be served from both geographies under one professional standard.

    Organic practice expansion

    GST, ROC/MCA, Virtual CFO and forensic desks were added only where the partners could staff and supervise the mandate to the standard expected of a peer-reviewed Chartered Accountancy firm.
